Thanks Susan. I’m a bit embarrassed that you read my post. I just downloaded an audio book called “the steve jobs way”. Supposed to be a must read for any entrepreneur by someone who worked with him at apple.

Thanks Pat! I remember those Compugraphic machines! Then we had to cut and paste the text manually onto page flats … those were the days. We’ve come a long way baby!!

Nice job! So crisp and clean. Reflecting, as you did, on earlier days, I remember working with a Compugraphic typesetting machine, which was cutting edge in the second half of the 70s. To change font and size etc. I had to make 8 changes with gears and levers, some at the back of the machine – working swiftly close to deadline you had to keep your head straight! This was just before digital desktop publishing emerged – so I was “de-skilled” by the new technology.
